Samsung is getting ready to launch the Galaxy A51. The phone will have a camera island shape that seems to be Samsung’s trademark for its 2020 devices, with an L-shaped arrangement of the shooters. The A51 will be Samsung’s most affordable handset with a quad-cam setup on the rear.
The A51 comes with a 158.5 x 73.6 x 7.9 mm and weighs 172g. It’s powered by the Exynos 9611 chipset, with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage, expandable via microSD. The screen is a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED, while the hole-punch is there for a 32 MP f/2.2 front-facing camera. The fingerprint sensor is of the in-display variety. A 4,000 mAh battery and it has support for 15W charging.
The primary camera is 48 MP f/2.0, and a 12 MP f/2.2 ultrawide, a 5 MP depth sensor, and a 5 MP f/2.4 dedicated macro camera. It will have a pastel shade pattern combos. The phone will be offered in Prism Crush White, black, pink, and blue. The centered punch-hole selfie cam appears to be one of those unique features on upcoming Samsung phones. The Galaxy A51 will become official on December 12.
